Hola! We're the Bonillas.

The first time I ever left the U.S. was on a mission trip to El Salvador at age 16. I fell head over heels in love with the people and culture, and I knew that La Libertad would always hold a special place in my heart. 8 years later,  I  returned to serve where God first ignited my passion for His people in La Libertad. 

In November 2020 I moved to El Salvador to serve with Great Commission Church in La  Libertad full-time. I am a missionary through Reliant Mission, which is a non-profit missionary sending organization that partners with GCLA. In November 2023 I married Adonay Bonilla and together we are serving the Great Commission Church in La Libertad.

I'm so thankful for my God who transcends all boundaries, cultures, and languages, who goes before me and is with me at all times. No matter where I am, I'm home as long as I'm serving Him and loving people like Jesus did. Thank you to those who generously continue to pray and support me!
